Closing the lid of your barbeque when cooking with the pizza stone will result in a perfectly cooked pizza with crispy base. Our bbq ceramic is extremely resistant and can reach temperatures up to 500c/932f. For use all year round, our products made from bbq ceramic are also designed for use in the oven. All items in the bbq range can be put in the freezer at a temperature of -20c/-4f and are highly resistant to thermal shocks; you can therefore take your dish directly from the freezer to the hot oven. Our bbq ceramic is not designed for direct use on the heat, for example gas, electric or ceramic hobs or on induction. Thanks to the highly resistant glaze, our flame products allow you to cut and serve directly in the dish. We advise you to serve your flame dish directly on the table, as it will keep the heat for longer thanks to the refractory properties of our ceramic.
